What's included?
Up to 75 handcrafted 16 oz drinks, two professional baristas, the full cart setup with its display, custom menu signage and personalized cup stickers. Whole and oat milk, syrups, cups, lids, straws and ice are included.
How long do you serve?
Up to 3 hours of professional service.
Which drinks can we choose?
Up to 6 signature drinks in total from our matcha, coffee and refresher collections, or a menu made for your event. Every coffee is made with a double shot of espresso, and the matcha is ceremonial grade.
Who serves the drinks?
Two professional Clear Sips baristas make every drink in front of your guests.
Do you set up and clean up?
Yes. Complete setup and breakdown are included. Setup takes about 40 minutes.
How much are the extras?
Each drink over 75 is $11 and each hour over 3 is $100. Travel is $100 if your event is more than 35 miles from El Paso, and your company logo on the stickers or cans is $60. The bar starts at $790 and can go up with distance, what your event needs, or a custom can, setup or theme.

El Paso, Las Cruces, Horizon and Socorro. More than 35 miles from El Paso, travel is $100.
How do I hold my date?
Book at least 7 days ahead. A 50% deposit holds your date, paid in cash, by card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or bank transfer. If you cancel, the deposit isn't refunded. We reply to every quote the same day.
Is there a guest minimum?
No. The bar starts at $790 with up to 75 drinks, whatever the size of your party.
What does the cart need at the venue?
Nothing: we bring everything. It takes a 7 × 7 ft space, indoors or outdoors.
Can you serve cocktails?
We don't provide alcohol. Our refreshers can be customized with alcohol for guests 21+, following the venue's requirements and local regulations.
