Who we are

Clear Sips is a matcha, coffee and refresher bar inside Poke Bar Zaragoza, 1550 N Zaragoza Rd, Unit A106, El Paso, TX. You can reach us at clearsips@gmail.com or (915) 996-3332.

The short version

• This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no online payments.
• We don't keep your information on a server of ours.
• We don't use cookies, ads or social-media trackers.
• Nothing reaches us unless you send it to us yourself.

Orders and quotes go through WhatsApp

When you use the event quote or an order button, the site writes a message on your own device with what you chose. For a quote, that's the type of event, the date, guests, hours, place and drinks, plus the name and the phone or email you type.

WhatsApp then opens with that message ready. Nothing is sent until you press send. Once you send it, it reaches Clear Sips through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies. We use what you send only to answer you and to prepare your order or event.

If you download your request as a PDF, the file is made inside your browser and saved on your device. It isn't uploaded anywhere.

What stays on your device

The site keeps a few small notes in your browser's storage, only on your device:

• your progress in the monito hunt and, once you find all five, your discount code;
• the pack you're building, so it's still there if you come back;
• for this visit only, whether you already saw the game's note.

They are never sent to us. You can erase them by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Visits, counted without cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are seen, where the visit came from, the type of browser and device, and how fast the page loaded. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't save anything on your device and doesn't follow you to other sites. We see totals, not who you are.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any website, their servers receive technical data such as your IP address and browser in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

Links to other services

The buttons for WhatsApp, Instagram, DoorDash and Google Maps take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there. The map on our page is a still picture: Google Maps only opens if you tap the button.
